    The Phishing filter had wrongly disabled the account and the form due to suspected phishing form you have. This one.

    I have corrected the problem and have reinstated the account an the form.

    I checked your account and it seems it was automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector due to your form - http://www.jotform.ca/form/52085528337257. It was detected as a Phishing form because you only have one field in your form and it is a payment field. 


    I have activated your account again. However, to avoid being suspended again you need to avoid having forms that contains one field only specially if it is a payment field.
