Once AGAIN the form is broken. The credit card widget is not pulling the amount from another field. It just randomly decides to break so I get to lose a days worth of sales.
Now I have used the designer css to move things around a bit. So basically I cant edit the credit card widget to put the value back in there. But NOW I go back to the designer site and I cant even see the credit card widget. Changes with the site or whatever, the whole thing is broken.
1) How can I add the value back in the credit card so I can get up and running again.

I can confirm that your form is indeed working. The time when you say the form is down, does it display any error of some kind?
