I checked our records and I was unable to find any payment information associated with your account, email address or that confirmation number. I also didn't see any billing information in your account. Is there is other information you can provide to help up find where the subscription payment went? The email address used to make the payment or any other subscription confirmation numbers would be most helpful.
In the mean time, I reactivated your forms and account so you can receive payments while we get this sorted.
