How do I format the pages of the form, so when the customers choose to print they can better align the pages?

Can you please give us a bit more details as to the desired output?

Looking at the screenshot, it seems to be properly aligned to the paper, so I presume that you might want to move the fields a bit more to the right?

Now do also note that your clients can always adjust their printer properties to move the margin to some specific offset so that the fields start closer or further away from the left part.
