Infusionsoft custom fields

    Hi there,

We are trying to link our forms with infusion soft, and everything seems to be working great except for the custom fields created in Infusionsoft are not showing up in the jotform integration setup.  We have a dropdown we want to use and when we are at the integration part (jotform-infusionsoft), we are able to select the dropdown menu from jotform, but unable to link it to the infusionsoft custom fields.

Can you take a look and let me know what the problem is?

Here is the form in question.  Right now the industry types is mapped to another field which is not correct.

    Thanks much,

    David

    Hi,

Please try refreshing the integration also by removing and re-integrating back. See if it makes the needed fields in mapping appear on both JotForm and Infusionsoft.

If still did not work, I suggest checking this articles then from Infusionsoft regarding custom fields mapping

    1. http://ug.infusionsoft.com/article/AA-00224/0/Create-custom-fields.html

    2. http://ug.infusionsoft.com/article/AA-00233/0/Choosing-custom-field-types.html

Hope this help. Please let us know if still not able to make it work.

    Hi David,

Thanks for your answer but that did not seem to help.   I deleted the integration and added it again, but the selection list still does not show the custom field I am trying to map to.

We have the custom fields set up in Infusionsoft already, and they are working with their form builder (your forms are much nicer, so we want to use your forms)

Can you please take a look and see what the problem could be?

    Thank you very much

    Hi,

As far as I know, the type of field on Jotform must be compatible with the custom field type of InfusionSoft.  Not all field types will be compatible.  If the field type is not one that is recognized by JotForm, it will not show in the list.  Unfortunately, we do not have a list of Infusionsoft fields that will work as custom fields.
