I created a contract as a form. The wording of the contract has already been completed (by me). All that the client will do is write their name and esign. However, when I get the email, it only shows me their name and the email address. I want it to also show me the body of the contract that I typed up (but they don't reply to on the form). I have tried every setting I can think of but it doesn't work. Suggestions?

Hi,
If you would like to include the text, you would need to add the text to the body of your email notification as well. Click on the Emails tab then click on your notification to edit it. Then add your contract details to the notification where you would like them:
You may also want to refer to the following guide that the submission can be included with the text and headers.
So that you can place a PDF link on your email notification as well.
Also, you can check out our How to Write a Contract blog post.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thanks, I was actually searching and found another forum post that helped and I did start trying to figure it out via the notifications section. But when I open my notifications section, I don't see the text option to select on the side. Are you saying that I need to copy and paste the text that I would like to include? Or is there a way to set it up to do that automatically.
And thanks for the other link...I was able to update that for the PDF.

There is no text option on the side. You would need to copy and paste the full text into the body of the notification, in the location you would it to be included. There is no way to include the text automatically.
You are very welcome. Let us know if you have any more questions.
