I'm sorry, but can you help us understand your request by giving us more details, please? I understand that your account is on Premium Subscription, would you like to disable that?
You can cancel your subscription by:
1. Login to your JotForm Account
2. Go to your Account's page.
3. Go to Billing Tab and click Switch Subscription under Free/Starter Plan
4. Click Cancel Subscription button on the new window
