Unable to make changes to form while inside of Form Builder

Why when I go under edit form, the system won't let me make changes to ANY form? including this form won't let me add details

I can only presume that the issue is somehow connected to your browsers cache, but to test it out, please do follow the steps here: 15 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow

Once you do, please do let us know how it goes, especially if you continue to experience the same issue.

Still not working!!! I cleared the browser....still not working....They section to add paypal information and products will not allow any changes except to small text.  The edit pencil doesn't even show, on any of my forms.  So it's not just one form.  Please help!

I am not sure if I have understood the issue correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to edit the products added in PayPal question?

To edit the PayPal products, you will have to select the PayPal question and then click on the "Wizard" icon. This will load a new window and you will be able to edit the products and the prices. Please check the screenshot below:
