Hi,
a guest checkout option is not appearing on any of my jotforms, but this option is available anytime I have a paypal button that I've created on my site. i.e. - this is unique to jot form - I don't have this problem outside of jot form
I have the "paypal account optional" button turned on on our PayPal BUSINESS site, but it's not working when it comes over from Jotform. it is correctly enabled via PayPal - but I would like the option to pay by credit card as a "Guest". So, what do I need to set up on our JotForm page to make this happen?
I have read other forums on this site where this has happened to users. Is it a web browser issue? I use Safari - although I have gotten complaints from people on various web browsers
Here is a link to the form http://form.jotform.us/form/51506223717147

I think your concern is similar to what was discussed on this thread
http://www.jotform.com/answers/333294-How-can-I-enable-PayPal-Guest-Checkout
Please review the response of our colleague Ashwin_d at the last.
I also test submitted your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/51506223717147 and I actually see the Guest checkout option on the Paypal screen
Hope this help. Let us know if there are still issue.
Thanks.

Thank you for the response - however - as you will see from your screen shot above this is what you see when you click on "create an account and pay with a credit or debit card" - this option is still forcing the user to create an account. This option is NOT a guest checkout. Beyond where your screen shot ends there is a spot where it asks for a password etc.
I want a complete guest check out as I have for other items linked to paypal (not via jotform)
below is an example of what I would like to have on my jotform (from another site I manage). PayPal seems to have options unique to Jotform

Hi,
There is no setting available in JotForm which will enable guest checkout on Paypal. This is actually a Paypal Account setting. Have you tried turning on the "Paypal Account Optional" setting in your Paypal Account, as suggested by one of my colleague on this thread - How can I enable PayPal Guest Checkout?
To enable the PayPal Account Optional feature, just follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Account Profile.
2. Select My Selling Tools.
3. Under Selling Online, locate Website Preferences.
4. Click on Update.
5. Locate PayPal Account Optional.
6. Click On.
7. Click Save.
Please take note that this Paypal feature is available to Premier and Business account holders only. For more information, you can check this article: Account Optional.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
