    Why do some from say "Pending Payment" in the subject line?

    Some subject lines say "Pending Payment," although at the bottom it says


    Paypal payment completed


    Why? Is the payment complete, or pending?

    I checked your mail logs and I was able to see emails with subject line Pending Payments. However, I noticed that this email is really a Pending payment. You will notice on the Paypal Completed field only shows the product and the total amount purchased. See screenshot below.


    However, when payment is completed the email received would show the Paypal account details used for payment. See screenshot below.


    If you can provide us a sample Submission and/or email where you have encountered this issue so we can further check? If you can provide us a screenshot of the issue then that would be great.
