Gift Widjet out of sync

    After using Import Data app to add new subscriptions in a massive mode, the gift widget got out of sync. More item left than expected. the new subscriptions havent been taken in account.

    I would like to know how this widget works, is it based only on the name(string) of the options to calculate the number of item left ?

    Please advice

    Hi jugoodlove,

    The Gift Registry Widget pulls data from your submission page to determine the amount of available spots left on the items within the widget.

    Whenever a submission has been deleted from your submission page, it will be reflected within the gift registry remaining totals.

    I did a test and whenever data has been imported in your form, the widget does not automatically update with the imported data. It is however updated on the next submission that has been completed through your form, meaning that the imported data is then taken into account.
