Billing: How can we lock our current subscription?

    When I click on the options, my browser does nothing.  I assume java script issues on my end.

    I saw the prices are going up and I would like to know what my options are.  Is it possible to lock my current rate and plan by adding another year(s) to my subscription?  Or do I have to move up a plan in order to lock the rate?

    I currently have the premium plan.

    I apologize if there was any confusion from our side in regards to the locking your subscription, so feel free to ask us as many questions as needed in regards to it.

    Now I took a look at your account and I see that it is on Premium bi-Yearly subscription (INT150225-4119-16671S).

    What this means for you is that your subscription will be charged for the same amount as it is currently as you are already locked in to your subscription.

    The only difference is that if you want to switch to a higher subscription, it might be better to do it at this time (before August 15th) so that you can do it at a lower price - allowing you to lock in to the better deal.

    If you decide to do that, do let us know and we would be happy to do the switch for you.
