We need to have individual accounts for members visiting our website (forms), because we have to manage specific information for each individual.

Hi,
If you are trying to allow for other people to edit your forms and submissions from their own account, you can share the forms with them as a sub-user:

You can restrict which forms they will have access to.
If you are trying to have a specific login for each person to fill out the form, this is not currently possible. There is no way for users to log in to a form to have their personal information loaded.
