I bought a 12 month subscription to Jotform. Will I be able to renew it at the same price?

That is correct. As long as you keep your subscription (renew), it will continue using the original lower price. 

We apologize for the confusion. That email was meant for new subscribers. Existing subscribers should not worry about the new price increase as their account is grandfathered. So, you do not have to do anything at this time. As long as you keep the subscription, it will use the same old lower price.
