Is this form embedded somewhere else? I was able to submit the form and be redirected to Paypal with no problem on this form http://form.jotform.ca/form/52104840687254

Yes to be embedded in our website  here http://aaceedmonton.org/workshops/

If I choose Paypal, it works fine and I have already processed a form, the problem is when I use the Credit card i get the message that is sent previously. How does one select the credit card and still be directed to the PayPal website?

If the error is pointing out an invalid configuration, it means your billing agreement has been disabled or is inactive. You should enable your PayPal Payment Pro in your account. The process is quite simple”

Open your developer.paypal.com account, open applications to access your account. Click the account you are trying to upgrade to Payment Pro. Click Profile to find the option Upgrade to Pro in the dialogue box.

I hope this will help. And yes, consider having a look at their website for any changes they may have recently made.

    Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

If you do not have a PayPal Pro account with an active billing agreement, you will not be able to accept credit cards directly in the form.

I do not have a PayPal Pro account, so How do I direct the payment with a credit card to PayPal Website?

You would need to switch to a regular PayPal field.  Delete your PayPal Pro field, when prompted, save your products, then add a regular PayPal field.
You will have to enable Paypal Optional on your account to allow
users who does not have Paypal account to pay with credit card.

Here's how to turn this setting on within your PayPal account:

    1. Log in to your PayPal Account and select the Profile tab.
    2. Click on My Selling Tools on the left side of the page.

[If you are using the classic view you should see it under Selling Preferences> Website Payment Preferences]

    3. Click on Update next to 'Website preferences.'
    4. Scroll down the page to the section titled
    PayPal Account Optional
and select On and click Save at the bottom of the page.
