One question that appears twice within our form is not working

    Our online service request has two sections - Pet Sitting and Dog Walking.  Its set up to jump to whichever type of service the user needs.  

    Users requesting dog walking service are able to answer the question (which is required) without issue and submit the form.

    Users requesting pet sitting service are able to answer the question but consistently receive an error message saying the question was not answered.

     

    Our clients cannot request pet sitting service.  This is a huge problem.  It just started today.  Please help me.

    Hi,

     

    I did some test submission in your form and I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. Can you try to clear your form cache and browser cache and see if it helps? If you still encounter the issue even after clearing the form and browser cache, can you provide to us the browser version and device you are using when you encounter this error so we can further check?
