Hi there. Our forms have all of a sudden stopped working and we are losing enrollment by the minute.

When customers (or we) hit submit we get an error message related to required fields. These fields, up until now have posed no problems since they're hidden and related to conditions that only need to be answered when a certain selection is made.

Forms affected are Cobb County, Fulton County, Gwinnett County and Cherokee County. ***THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY - WE ARE LOSING $1000'S OF DOLLARS***

This is the page we're seeing upon submission https://submit.jotform.us/submit/51685754556165/

    Hello,

We are truly sorry about that. This was a problem related to the recent updates about validations on conditional fields but it has now been resolved so everything should be working fine by now.

Our apologies for the inconveniences caused. Thank you!
