Strange error message

    At about 5:30pm on Aug 5 one of our data entry folks encountered an unusual error.  See attached screenshot.

    We submit hundreds of transactions using this form every day.  Never received this. 

    Any insights?

    This should be resolved by now. Kindly check it again.

    There was a recent update that affects the conditional hidden fields validation. However, after it was noticed, one of our developers fixed it right away.
