Can I create an Email Template which contains an embedded Jotform

I would like to create a Jotform for use in an Email Template.   When necessary, the user could pull up the email template, fill out the form and then send the completed form via email.  Is that possible?

If I understand your concern correctly, you would like to embed the form in an email body, is that correct? Unfortunately, you cannot embed it in the email, this is because email clients are not able to read or execute Javascript and PHP codes there, only HTML or another markup language can be translated or read, this is usually for security purposes. 

You could just copy the form URL and attached it on an email, your users just need to click it and open on a web browser to fill it out.

Another way is that you can convert your form to a fillable PDF form, attach it on an email, let your users download it, fill it out then re-attach it to an email again to send to you.
