Hi again Martin,
I'm searching for the DocuSign widget, but it seems like it is not anymore available.
I'll forward this to our developers to have it checked. We'll update you on this thread when we get any information.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
For the meantime, have you checked our other widget signatures? You can check them here: http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature. We also have a new widget, the Adobe DC eSign services.

Hi,
DocuSign isn't available anymore.
Please consider using any of the two e-signature tool as of now.

Thank you!

Hello Martin,
We took the Docusign widget out of production so that we can redesign the integration (a much needed update) with JotForm.
We are currently working on that solution -
Kindly let us know what you had in mind and we will gladly oblige.
Thanks!

Hi All - thanks for your responses.
Titus - glad to hear that you guys are still working on the API integration as that is definitely the ideal solution for the long-term.
We also have something called a PowerForm which we affectionately call the poor mans API as you can parse information from the webform directly into this thereby populating the entire form up to the point where the signer only applies that signature in DS.
A colleague of mine said that you guys used to allow for this really easily but when I tried it the other day I couldn't find the option.
What is a Powerform: https://support.docusign.com/guides/cdse-powerforms-docusign-powerforms
Example Powerform: https://demo.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=21ec9b74-63f5-46f0-b279-d621961ff0ad
Populating fields from webform: https://support.docusign.com/guides/cdse-powerforms-populating-fields-web-powerform
Do you know if it is still possible to do this?
I wanted to set up a few forms like this as your system is awesomely easy to configure and allows me to demo what a simple API integration can "look like" and/or what can be done using a system like yours for those smaller clients that may not have development resources available.
Hope this makes sense but let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers, Martin

Hello Martin,
Yes, this is possible using a Custom Thank-You URL which will be dynamically generated as a querystring for the Docusign Powerform.
That URL prepopulates the username for the sample form you shared, and it can be generated dynamically by a JotForm.
Test this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52213199685967?
It will redirect you to the Powerform you shared, and prepopulate the name field from what was filled out on JotForm.
Its achieved simply using this Custom Thank You URL - https://demo.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=21ec9b74-63f5-46f0-b279-d621961ff0ad&Person%20I%20just%20met_UserName={fullName3}
"{fullName}" will be replaced by what the form user inputs on JotForm when the form redirects to Docusign.
I'm not sure if I've explained things well - please let me know.

Hi Titus, thanks for this.
The step I was struggling with was how you get the data from text field labeled {fullName} to dynamically use the logic _UserName={fullName}.
I now realize that you need to actually build the full URL manually using the Jotform labels as the variables and place the full URL in as the landing page.
I am all set now, thanks again for all the help!!
