You can actually use the translation tool to type the translation for the particular fields in your form by using the edit translation option, click on the language you are translating to and then you can define the Arabic equivalent of the English text
The phishing detector might be triggered by the none standard accents in the Arabic text so it is recommended to use the form translation tool

when you say 'define' do you mean I have to type it in? (The tool does not
translate).
Can I have the one for in both languages? I need it that way so I can
understand the answers,

The tool does not translate the form for you, you would indeed need to type in your own translation. Your users will be presented with a choice of languages when they load the form:
