How can I retrieve deleted submissions?

Hi! I accidentally deleted all of the submissions under a form I created. I selected one submission to delete but instead, all the submissions was deleted. Please help because I need to send the report from that form to my supervisor today.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to recover deleted submissions. We believe that your submissions are your alone, and as such, we delete them from our servers. This is excellent for protecting the privacy of our users, but it makes it impossible for us to restore your deleted submissions.

What I can suggest is, if you have previously downloaded one of your exported Excel submissions or Excel/CSV Reports, to try using our Import Data app to import your saved submissions back into JotForm.

It will also help if you had integrated your form with Google Spreadsheets - you can simply import that into your account.

If you do not have any Excel / CSV files of your submissions, that will require a lengthier manual option. If you still have your submission emails, you can try and putting that information into Excel or CSV format manually, and import from there.

If you do not have your emails saved, but you haven't used encrypted forms, you can use your form email history to view your emails sent to you through JotForm.
