can i capture ip address of person submitting form?

There are a couple of ways to accomplish this. You can review the manual here. 

The first method is by going to the SUBMISSION PAGE. In the MY FORM page select the form and click on the SUBMISSION button.

On this page you select the SETTING button and select the IP ADDRESS.  At the bottom you can export the data in CSV, PDF and excel if required.
