Unable to open .pdf links on my integrated spreadsheet?

Hello,

I am not able to open the pdf links to documents uploaded to my form and auto populated to my spreadsheet via integration?  I have used this form forever with very little problems.  Is Jotform experiencing problems?  I can't afford to lose these documents.  I have 419 uploads that I can't open right now.  Please advise

Hi Bryce, yes, there was a glitch that was causing the file uploads to not seem to work, but this was resolved and you should be able to download all of your files now.

Please do note, that they were still accessible over your Submissions Panel, but that they were simply not working when downloaded directly, do to the mentioned glitch.
