Payment Form issues for Mobile Users

    Our customers are finding it difficult to fill out the form due to the fact that the fields do not seem to be named properly (under the CREDIT CARD section of the form).

     

    Specifically, the CREDIT CARD NUMBER field isn't properly labeled because it the field description "Credit Card Number" should be immediately under the box for users to enter their CC information.

    Same issue with SECURITY CODE.

    Same issue with EXPIRATION MONTH.

    Same issue with EXPIRATION YEAR.

    To my understanding you are having an issue with getting your embedded form to appear correctly when viewed on mobile.

    Have you tried making your form mobile responsive?
