Change selection options depending on first option selected

Hi is it possible to create a form that when a user selects a medical centre ie Blacktown Medical Centre the doctors at that centre become available for them to choose from?

Yes you can create a form that, when user selects a medical centre the doctors that centre become available with using multiple drop-downs and our conditional logic.

For example you have 3 hospitals:

You need to add 3 different drop-downs for their doctors at first:

Then. from our conditions menu, you can show/hide select-boxes based on the selected hospital:

When you add conditions, your form preview will be:

And the doctors dropdown appears based on your selections:
