Fields are not aligned correctly in embedded form.

also, can't seem to find a way to align these fields .. email field and submit button

It seems there was no text in the textbox label which was occupying the space in left. I have aligned the label to top and reduced the form width. The form fields seems to be now aligned correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
