You can try to embed a report in your website like Grid Listing report or HTML Table Listing report to display the result of your form. However, the limitation of embedding a report on your form is that you cannot style or update the design of the report. 

You can also try to connect your testimonial form to your own database so when someone submits to your form your database will automatically be updated. Once you have your own database for the submission of your form. You can get the data on the database to be displayed in your website and design it as you wish. You will need a basic knowledge in programming to be able to achieve this.
