We are having problems with attachment downloads due to # symbols

    It seems that if there is a "#" in the file name, we cant download the file.

     

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We have escalated a bug report ticket to our Development Team.

    In the meantime, you can replace the '#' symbol with '%23' encoded value on the error page (and hit enter) in order to download the file.
