If I understand correctly, you upgraded to Economy yearly, instead of monthly? If you would like, we can refund your purchase and you can then upgrade back to a monthly subscription. Let us know if this is how you would like to proceed and we will take care of the refund.

You currently have one annual fee. I am not understand what you are looking for. You just paid for 1 year of Economy. Would you like a refund for that or would you like to keep that subscription?

11 months Returns much money you took from me, I want to complain, otherwise you have and give the money back I canceled my account
