I was considering upgrading but you never fixed my problem on one of my paid accounts! Now looking at other options. A web form is crucial to a web site and if it cannot get fixed within 24 hours (or at least get a response within that time) then the service is not up to par. Be well!
Just in case, I have included the web page below where the web form does not appear on explorer and sometimes not on other browsers either. This problem was brought up by customers not just me!!!
