In the PayPal Purchase Form that I have created on my website using JotForm, as a seller, I do get an e-mail from JotForm giving details the purchase made, but the purchaser does not get those details. The purchaser does not get any e-mail confirming the purchase.
Why is this happening?

Since you received the form email, I assumed that your customer had successfully sent you the payment through Paypal and that they receive the email from Paypal confirming the purchase, but not your autoresponder email.
I checked your form and found out that you are using a custom sender email address as the Sender Email of the form. I think this is not working for some reason so I would suggest changing this to our default sender emails such as firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Please try it and let us know the problem persists.
