blank forms

Have never had an issue until the last couple of weeks.

A couple of occasions last week recieved blank forms.

On restarting the computer they became visible?

This evening the same thing. None of the forms past or present are visible. Restart does not fix it.

I can receive the forms ok/ not blank on my mobile.

Receiving forms but blank on laptop.

Could this have anything to do with recent Windows 10 upgrade?
