If I understood you correctly you want to display a PDF document on your form. If that is the case, inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

This is not correct. I have a pdf packet with about 10 forms in it that needs to be completed by the person completing the jotform and then the competed forms in the pdf packet need to be uploaded to the jotform form.

If you have fillable PDF forms you can upload them to e.g. Dropbox. Then you need to add links of your uploaded PDF forms inside of your form. That way your users would be able to download PDF forms from your form and fill PDF forms. Then they would need to save them and upload them back to your form using File Upload field

To add link inside of your form add text field to your form, click on Edit HTML

After that, the following screen will pop up:

Write the desired text, highlight it, the link icon will become active, click on it and the Insert/edit link screen will pop up, fill in the blanks.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
