Hello. I am no longer receiving emails from jotform.com - I checked my spam folder and they are not landing there. People are completing my forms and submitting them but I am not being notified that they are being submitted. How can this be remedied? It's all of our jotform forms:

I have checked email address of your account and that email address was on bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<450 4.2.0 : Recipient address rejected: Temporary error. Retry mail to backtonatives.org again in 600 seconds.>
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
