How do I identify the variables being sent in post data?

Hi - I am currently using my form to send post data into my lead management software but all of the data is not coming through correctly. I have to tell the lead software which variables to map to their fields. I've tried twice and they are telling me that the variable names I have given them are not the ones coming through via the form. I'm not super code savvy so if you could show me where in the code I could get this info that would be great!

Name of form: Short Lead Page Form

For example - I thought the variable name for the First Name field is q1_firstName

Thanks for this info! I have sent it over and will test the form as soon as they tell me the new variables have been mapped. Crossing my fingers that it will work!
