SSL Forms taking over quota

    Hi

I'm using a free account to test and using a url that is just http i.e. not secure. However, I keep getting messages to say that the free allocation of 10 secure submissions has been used.

Last month when I started testing I had used the default https link but after I realised that there was a limit I switched this month to the std link.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

I have just granted you a one-time SSL Submission reset and reactivated your account. If you have embedded this form, I would suggest re-embedding it again and this time, make sure that the secure box is not checked in the form embed wizard window:

And then please let us know the page URL's where this form is currently embedded so we can check if there's something that forces your form to use the SSL submission. If you are just using the custom form URL, make sure to update your users and let them know about the changes in the form URL and give them the non-SSL link.

    Thanks

    Many thanks

I am just using the standard JotForm link without embedding, i.e. http://www.jotformeu.com/markxkr/insightexpenses

That's great to know. Anyways, let us know if somehow your SSL will be used up again so we can investigate further.

    Thanks
