Prepopulating the name and email address on a form

I have read the guide on prepopulating fields and I can do it for the email address but not on the names. The form I'm taking information from is http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51815903367964. I just want to take the Contact Person's first name and last name and the email address and prepopulate this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52234888323964?

I have an email autoresponder in the first form that gives the URL of the second form. The email prepopulates as I would like, but I can't get the first name and last name to populate.

I'm sorry, I have it reversed :). Here's the correct URL:

http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52234888323964?fullName341[first]={contactPerson:first}&fullName341[last]={contactPerson:last}&email342={email7}

If you want to add a session, you can do it like this:

http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52234888323964?session={email7}&fullName341[first]={contactPerson:first}&fullName341[last]={contactPerson:last}&email342={email7}
