I got an email saying we've surpassed our 10SSL for the month- we don't use SSL forms?

We don't use SSL for any of our forms- why is it asking us to upgrade?  Says it will shut down our forms on Wednesday (tomorrow).

    Hi,

I checked your account and I can see that your SSL submission count for this month is 14.

I got an email saying weve surpassed our 10SSL for the month we dont use SSL forms? Image 1 Screenshot 20

It surpassed the limit for SSL submission for free account (10 SSL submissions). If you have used the secure URL of your form like https://secure.jotform.us/form/123456789 or https://www.jotform.us/form/123456789 and/or embed your form using those secure URL then when a user submits the form it will be counted as a SSL submission. I will reset your account's SSL count limit to 9. However, we only do this once so please avoid using secure URL of your form to prevent your form's from being disabled due to over quota error.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

    Hello Christian,
Thank you for your response. I read through your help section and I
understand that we're only allowed 10 SSL submissions per month. NONE of
the forms we use are embedded in a website- nor do we have the box checked
for a "secure" URL to be used.
They are all sent via email. I have NO idea how they're being marked as
SSL? Can you please reset it to 0? Or let me know how we can fix this as
we've followed all of your directions?
    Thank you,
    Margaret Smith

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we only reset the submission limit of an account to the SSL Submission limit - 1. So in your case, I have reset the SSL Submission to 9. Your SSL submission limit will reset back to 0 on the start of the next month (Septermber 01, 2015). Please note that even if the Secure Form setting of the form is not checked but a user submits your form using the secure URL (https://www.jotform.us or https://secure.jotform.us) it will still be counted as a SSL Submission.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
