completed forms stopped forwarding

    My jot form stopped forwarding completed ones to my email.  This is very important in updating our customers with information.  Please advice as to how to fix this.  It's been about a month since we stopped received the emails.

    Hi Elizabeth,

     

    Upon checking up the email address you set up in your  form, I found that is in the our bounce list.


    support@scootermadness.com is IN the bounce list


    Reason(s) : smtp; 552-Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation


    I have removed your email from the bounce list. It should work by now.
