How To Delete One Field Of Form

and i like to have just 1 'block' for the 'telefoon' telephonenumber.

It is possible to show phone in one field.

 

Here is how to do this:

1) Click on Tex Box Tool.

 

 

 

2) Drag and drop Text Box to your form.

 

3) Click on Size.

 

4) Change the value of size and click on OK.

 

5) It is ready to use.
