How to download files to a backup hard drive?

Hi James,

I think you are referring on backing up the submission data. On your My Form page, select the form and click on the SUBMISSION button.

 

At the end of the page you will find a grid table. You can export the data into CSV, Excel, or PDF. You may also download all uploaded files here.

I tried this process but I'm getting error msg that the files are not
downloading. And I have over 127 video files to download

There is actually a limit in using the "Download All Uploads" options. You can only download a total of 250mb. It will fail initially the download if it is more than 250mb. Please try downloading the uploads one by one.
