Multi line fields come out as a single line on PDF downloads.

My form has a multi line filed for a customer signature.  When I download a submitted form as a PDF, the signature field appears as a single line.

Can I force the downloaded PDF to show multiple lines for this field, even though it's empty?

Please try customizing the PDF. You have to access the form submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.

In the form submissions page, click the "Get PDF" button and click "Customize PDF" from the dropdown:

Hover to the field, find and click-hold the resize button and drag down to adjust:
