We are not receiving form notifications any more

    I used to receive email notifications when a new form was submitted, but I haven't been lately. What is the problem? Thanks!

    Looking at the logs, it seems that only one submission was not sent to the email associated with your account, but I saw that the issue here is because of the email being in the bounce list.

    This usually means that your server had bounced the email from us back to us, which happens when it sees it as spam, or if the email settings are not correct.

    You should however continue receiving the emails from now on, but do let us know if by any chance, you do not and we would be happy to take a look into what might be going on.
