Is there a way to send an email that contains a second form as an automatic response to someone who filled out a form

You can add hyperlink to the second form in the body of your autoresponder.

Use the insert/edit link tool in the e-mail editor, enter the text for your link, then highlight the text and click on the link icon:

The tool will pop-up a window to update the text to a link:
