    I can't use creditcard payments with paypal pro

    Dear Jotforms.

     

    I have an issue with credticard payment. I have connected our dutch PayPal account to my Creditcard from and tried to do a test payment. It did not came through. I am 100% sure that this account should accept creditcard payments as I am using paypal buttons on other sites where creditcard payments are working for me.

    I have logged into your JotForm account to check, and I do not see either Incomplete Payments, or even regular Submissions for that form.

    If a Submission of your form is successful, it should show as an Incomplete Payment until the payment is processed. Once the payment is processed, and if you have enabled your PayPal Pro IPN, the submission should become complete and show in the main panel as a regular submission.

    Can you please try making a submission again to see if it will show up in your submissions page - either as an Incomplete Payment or as a Submission.

    I have cleared your form cache, in case it helps. Please let us know how it goes.

    You are currently using our Paypal Pro Payment Integration. Please be informed that Paypal Pro is only available for Paypal Account that is created inside the US, UK and Canada.

    You can check it here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/howto_product_matrix/.

    Your location is in the Netherlands and Paypal Pro is not yet available in this country. Please use Paypal Standard instead:
