Upgrade a starter account to the Bronze account

Hi, 

We setup a starter account with the url of http://form.jotform.us/jsform/51025809095152

This account is saying it's over quota. We'd like to upgrade it to the $19 account, as soon as possible. Is there any way to expedite this and get the account upgraded. I will provide billing information if so.
