Mobile phone adaption

    I have tried configuring form for mobile phon with wix site builder. It appears fine on desktop editor but on mobile phone does not reconfigure its size

    Hi,

    Have you tried following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive.

    If that doesn't work, you can try using the Mobile responsive widget. 

    Let us know which one works for you.

    neither seem to work with my iphone 6 , maybe I am doing something wrong?
    I have dragged the widget onto the top of the form.
    than updated the website with the new embeded code
    I also need to reply to the sender of the form , can this be don directly?
    it is currently sent with a noreply sender

    Hi,

     

    I checked the URL you provided but I was not able to find the JotForm form embedded in the URL, can you try to provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded the form so we can further check the issue?

     

    Also, if you want to reply to the sender of your form in your Notification email, just set the Reply-to email setting of your form to your form's email field. See screenshot below.
