I purchased the upgrade and i no longer want that. I read that there is a money back guarantee, how does that work?

We usually cancel the paid subscriptions and then refund it for the days remaining in the plan purchased.

If it is a recent payment a full refund will be made. Please let us know how we can be of assistance, I can see that you have requested a subscription cancellation

The default cancellation usually marks the plan for cancellation at the end of the current subscription period, If you want I can initiate the immediate cancellation and refund you the amount since I see you paid on 20th.

Please let us know of the way forward
