Hi,
If you would like for us to fully delete your account, we would need to first cancel your subscription. You would lose all forms and data. If this is how you would like to proceed, please confirm and we will cancel the subscription, as well as delete your account.
If you would only like to cancel your subscription and keep your forms:
Click on your account Settings
Go the BILLING section . It will show you what is your current plan, so in order to downgrade to the Free Plan , click on the Free Starter Section and click on swith plan
Then click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
